The Tommy Hunter Show: View West, 90 Sumach

All the props and sets for the Tommy Hunter show, a CBC staple as well as other CBC TV shows like Wayne and Shuster, were made in the vast warehouse on Sumach just up from Queen St East. Behind some of the columns in this painting, were amazing paintings of these personalities, the TV show wrapped in 1992, 2 years before I was there painting a massive (10x32 foot) mural for the film, Rude. Actually their treatment of me was actually went past rude but that is another story.
