Refund policy

The items purchased here at Eric Farache are by and large individual hand made works of art by me, Eric Farache, an actual human in Toronto Canada- or they are a  limited edition print which will be clearly stated.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with something you buy from me, it means a lot to me that you would take interest in something I have made and would want it in your home.

Although I cannot offer some blanket return anything policy, I would like to make it right so that you are happy with something from me, whether that is something different or resolving if possible. I do have to reserve the right to refuse a return if we cannot come to an agreement.
